Conjuguer au prétérit simple.

Conjugue les verbes suivants au prétérit simple. Attention aux verbes irréguliers.

1) He was two years old when his parents divorced.

2) They tried to be on time but they were late again!

3) She changed three times before the party!

4) Yesterday wasn’t my birthday, it was my sister’s birthday!

5) She traveled to the USA last year and she loved it!

6) They weren’t feeling well so they had to go to the doctor’s.

 

  Utilise les éléments suivants pour rédiger la courte présentation de Charles II. Attention, il manque des mots et il faut conjuguer les verbes.

1)      name / be / Charles II / .   His name was Charles II.

2)      be born / London / 1630 / .    He was born in London in 1630.

3)      be / English / .  He was English.

4)      be / King of England, Scotland and Ireland/ .   He was King of England, Scotland and Ireland.

5)      reign / 1661 / 1685 / .   He reigned from 1661 to 1685.

6)      marry / Catherine of Braganza / 1661.    He married Catherine of Braganza in 1661.

7)      never / children.    He never had children.

8)      die / 1685 / .   He died in 1685.
